Advance reservations are required. Availability is limited by restaurant seating and MAV's confirmed photography slots. If the restaurant needs a deposit to hold your table, we'll tell you the amount and its terms before you pay anything.

We're accepting a limited number of graduation celebrations during the season. Reserve your preferred date early to avoid missing out.

How many people do I need to bring?
You need at least four paying guests in addition to the graduate. That's a minimum of five diners altogether.
What does the graduate receive for free?
The graduate receives one complimentary eligible main meal and drink at the participating restaurant.
What is included in the £59 photography experience?
Up to 20 minutes of professional celebration photography, eight selected digital photographs and two 4×6 prints.
Will we receive our photographs on the day?
Yes. The selected digital photographs and two prints are provided on the day, using standard colour and exposure adjustments.
Can I bring more than four guests?
Absolutely. Larger groups are welcome, subject to restaurant availability. The standard photography package has a fixed coverage duration and image allowance.
Do my guests have to pay for their meals?
Yes. Your guests order and pay for their food and drinks from the restaurant's regular menu.
Is advance booking required?
Yes. Both restaurant and photography availability must be confirmed before your celebration.
Can I get more photographs or video coverage?
Yes. Additional prints can be purchased, and extended photography or video services can be arranged separately.

Full offer conditions
Restaurant deposits, cancellations and refunds are agreed with you before anything is paid: we'll tell you the amount and terms in writing when we confirm your celebration. The photography fee is invoiced by Max Akin Visuals after your booking is confirmed.
