Downloads & sharing

Download photos (one or all)

When Max Akin Visuals allows downloads, use the download icon on a photo, or Download all for the whole gallery as a ZIP file.

    To save one photo, open it and tap the download icon.

    To save everything, tap Download all at the top of the gallery. You get a ZIP file; on a phone, open it in the Files app to see the photos.

    If you're asked for a download PIN, enter the one Max Akin Visuals sent with your gallery details. You only need to enter it once.

    On iPhone, after downloading a single photo, tap Share → Save Image to put it in Photos.

Good to know

  • No download icon? Downloads aren't switched on for this gallery yet, often until your finals are ready. Ask Max Akin Visuals if you need them sooner.
  • Download all is best on a computer or on Wi-Fi: big galleries can be several gigabytes.

Questions

Why is there a watermark on my downloads?

Before your edited finals are ready, a gallery can show proofs with Max Akin Visuals's watermark, and downloads of those proofs carry it too. Your final, edited photos are delivered without a watermark.

What size are the downloads?

That depends on the gallery: web size for sharing, or full resolution for printing. Max Akin Visuals chooses what each gallery offers.

Why is there a small logo on my final photos?

Some galleries add Max Akin Visuals's logo in a corner of downloaded finals. If you need clean copies (e.g. for print or press), ask Max Akin Visuals.
