What is a download PIN?

Some galleries protect downloads with a PIN, so guests can view the photos but only you can download them.

1
Tap a download button. If the gallery has a PIN, it asks you to enter it.
2
Type the PIN Max Akin Visuals sent with your gallery details and press Unlock downloads. You'll see “Downloads unlocked”.
3
“That PIN didn't work”? Check for typos, or ask Max Akin Visuals to send it again.

Still need help?

Message Max Akin Visuals with your name and the gallery or event, and we'll sort it out.
