My gallery has expired or is unavailable
Galleries can have an end date. If yours says “This gallery has expired” or “Gallery unavailable”, contact Max Akin Visuals: they can usually reopen it.

Check you're using the full link from the email (some apps cut long links short).

If the gallery says it has expired, ask Max Akin Visuals to extend it.

“Gallery unavailable” usually means it's been taken offline for now; Max Akin Visuals can tell you why and when it's back.
Good to know
- Download your finals while the gallery is open, and keep a backup copy.
