My password or email isn't accepted
Check the email address is the one Max Akin Visuals has for you and the password is typed exactly. If your email isn't on the list, ask Max Akin Visuals to add it.

Use the email address the gallery was sent to. A different address (e.g. a work email) may not be on the gallery's list.

Passwords are case-sensitive. Tap the eye icon to see what you've typed, and check for a space at the end when you paste.

After several wrong tries the gallery pauses sign-ins for a few minutes to keep it safe. Wait, then try again.

Still stuck? Contact Max Akin Visuals: they can check your email is invited and send the password again.
