Open your private gallery
Your gallery has its own private link. Open it, enter the email address Max Akin Visuals has for you and your gallery password, and press View Gallery.

Open the gallery link from your email or message from Max Akin Visuals. It looks like /g/your-event-name.

Can't find the link? Go to Client Area on this website and type the gallery link or code you were given.

Enter your email address: use the same one Max Akin Visuals has for you (usually the one the gallery email was sent to).

Enter your gallery password exactly as it was sent: passwords are case-sensitive. Tap the eye icon to check what you've typed.

Press View Gallery. You stay signed in on that device for a while, so next time the gallery opens straight away.
Good to know
- Sharing the gallery with family? Some galleries let anyone with the password register with their own email; others only allow the emails Max Akin Visuals invited. If yours says your email isn't on the list, ask Max Akin Visuals to add it.
- Everyone who signs in with their own email gets their own favourites and selections, so a couple or family can each choose separately.
Questions
Is my gallery public?
No. Private galleries aren't listed anywhere and can only be opened with the link and the password. Photos are shown through short-lived secure links.
I've forgotten the password.
Look for the email from Max Akin Visuals with your gallery details, or contact Max Akin Visuals and they'll send it again.
